Shimmering whites and golds, layered earth tones, baroque forms with a gentle edge. Her ceramics are rich in poetry and craftsmanship. Anouk has collaborated closely with Menno Kroon for years. Together, they create exclusive designs, from tulip vases to tableware, not only for Easter, Mother’s Day or Christmas, but for any special moment. Each piece reflects their shared creative vision.
In her waterfront studio, Marianne den Hartog creates hushed works of art from old porcelain, glass and found objects. Her compositions tell stories of past beauty and new coherence. Each work is unique and exists only in one copy. For years she has worked with Menno Kroon; their worlds complement each other in installations where flowers, materials and emotion merge into a special experience.
Pleunie Buyink is a designer with a fascination for material and light. Her Limber Gems, handmade interior jewelry made of a self-developed composite, behave like chameleons: they catch the light and change color and atmosphere with their surroundings. Menno Kroon has followed her since her days at the Fashion Academy, and later at the Design Academy. At Estate Cothen, her objects enter into an enchanting dialogue with his world.
Glass artist Ans Bakker captures her longing for the landscape between earth and sky in glass. Using sand, soil, and memories of coast and water, she gives form to vulnerability, color, and tenderness. She regularly collaborates with Menno Kroon, exploring the power of nature and imagination in new collections.
