HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?
We use our own courier who treats every bouquet like a little masterpiece. No big parcel companies here—just personal care for your flowers! A flat fee applies for Amsterdam and surroundings. Outside that area, a small per-kilometer fee applies based on distance.

CAN I PLACE A EXPRESS ORDER?
Absolutely! Just give us a call at +31 (0) 20 679 19 50 (Mon – Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM) and we’ll sort it out quickly.

WHAT'S THE EXTRA VASE?
Our bouquets love to arrive in a sleek, clear glass vase that perfectly fits them. Just add water and enjoy!

WHEN WILL MY BOUQUET BE DELIVERED?
You choose the day of delivery. Order today? Then it will be with the recipient tomorrow. Unfortunately we can not guarantee an exact time for Amsterdam, this has to do with the traffic in the city. Note: around busy days such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, the delivery time may vary slightly.

AM I NOT AT HOME?
No problem!!! We'll leave a bill with where your bouquet was delivered, usually to a neighbor. Can't make it? Then it comes back to our store and you can call us.

CAN I SHARE MY PREFRENCES?
Of course! You can leave a message for our master florists during checkout. They’ll do their best to include your wishes in the design.
